1.All products have a normal service life of more than 20 years, and the warranty period is 2 years from the date of completion, at the same time, lifelong tracking service and maintenance are provided. 

2.After receiving the owner's warranty notice, we will respond within 30 minutes, arrive at the scene within 72 hours, and deal with the problem within 24 hours after arrival. 

3.After the warranty period, if the failure requires professional maintenance or material support, we will only charge the cost.

During the warranty period, our company will provide free maintenance and replacement for any product damage (except for man-made damage or force majeure).

After the warranty period, our company guarantees to provide accessories and maintenance services at favorable prices. When the failure occurs outside the warranty period, the same service standards for maintenance and processing as the warranty period.
